"I was very impressed with the thoughtful selection of amazing sites that we visited. Their out-of-the-way locations with almost no other people added to the sense of timelessness, peace and awe.

This trip was just what I wanted - small group, focused, well-balanced, organized, with amazing discoveries and background appreciation for Irish history, culture, and what we were seeing. An A+ experience!"
--Anne, Montreal, Quebec, Canada

"My tour was 100 points above Excellent!"
--Fran, Cumming, Georgia, USA

"Inroads Ireland was the ideal tour for us. We thoroughly loved the chance to spend ample time visiting sites and the freedom to announce we wanted to pull over to simply take in the scenery or to take a break from sitting. The hotels and inns were quaint, charming, and warming.  During no part of the trip were we just foreigners or numbers. We were treated with respect; we felt Phil had an equal interest about us as we did about him and Ireland."
--Marcy and Chris, Hanover, Pennsylvania, USA

"I really liked going to the 'off the beaten path places.' I also really liked having free time built into the  schedule and having choices of places to eat lunch and dinner. I refer to the tour as the "UN-tour" to all my friends because of the flexibility, small group size, and free time.  That is my kind of tour!
--Melissa, Buffalo Grove, Illinois, USA

"Every aspect of the tour exceeded my expectations. Including the Aran Island of Inis Meain was a highlight...learning about island life provided such a perspective on the Ireland of the past.  I had never traveled overseas from the U.S. and this trip was exceptional in every way. I would do it again in a heartbeat!"
--Linda, Chesterland, Ohio, USA

"This was our 2nd tour in as many years with Inroads Ireland. I honestly didn't expect to enjoy the North as much as the South tour but I found the history of Belfast and Derry fascinating. I especially enjoyed the wall murals in Belfast which we saw on the black cab ride. Belfast was charming, modern, filled with great history and very friendly people. We loved the magnificent scenery of Donegal and the accommodations at each stop were top notch. Needless to say, we're awaiting Tour #3!"
--Joe and Kathy, Marshfield, Massachusetts, USA

"Thanks for making our tour of Ireland so special and so memorable.  We experienced not only the sights and sounds of Ireland, but also its history. Choosing a high point of the trip would be a difficult task, as we enjoyed it all. Your insights, observations and mythological and historical tales were both informational and entertaining. Thanks also for your friendship and camaraderie."
--John and Nancy, Racine, Wisconsin, USA

"Our tour was excellent!
We'll have memories to last a lifetime!"
--Laura and Gary, Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA

"Our guide shares his love of Ireland and his incredible depth of knowledge in a way everyone can enjoy. He's an extraordinary host who makes each person feel welcome and included in the adventure. He has great taste in music and enjoys "setting the scene" with both traditional and modern tunes. He knows great places to eat, and, he's a great driver! :-)

As we watched gigantic tour buses straddle the tender little Irish roads and release huge swarms of eager tourists onto already overcrowded sites, I breathed a quiet sigh in the comfort of Inroad Irelands' humane sized vehicle and enjoyed even more the lesser known, fascinating places that Phil shared with us. How did I get so lucky as to find this gem of a tour company? It was a fabulous trip. Thank you very much. I couldn't have had a better time or better traveling companions."
--Phyllis, Los Angeles, California, USA

"I really liked the small size of the traveling group and we got off the beaten path and saw the real Ireland. Our accommodations were excellent. We had a superb tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We have been spoiled! Can't go on another tour without him. The entire trip was fantastic. From the planning to arrival, Carolyn and Phil were so helpful. I can't wait to come back for another tour."
--John, Warren, Michigan, USA

"Awesome time!"
--Scott and Tammy, Madison, Wisconsin, USA

"Just a reflection on your amazing capacity to integrate such a profoundly delightful trip with so much information that we have come away with a flavor of Ireland that is so delicious that we long for another taste."
--Kendra, East Hampton, Connecticut, USA

"The small group felt like a totally individual tour and Phil, you were really very informative and interested and enthusiastic about Ireland. Thank you!"
--Helga, Munich, Germany

"When I said that spending time on Inis Meain was one of the best days of my life, I really meant it. And the whole time we were in Clonakilty I had to keep pinching myself that I was really there, staring up at Michael Collins' statue. It was, again, something I had always dreamed about but never thought I would experience. The rest of the trip was just as enjoyable, and we loved every one of our fellow travelers. It was sooo much better than traveling on our own and never seeing above the hedgerows! You gave us the vacation of a lifetime, and for that we thank you."
--Kathy, Marshfield, Massachusetts, USA

"Thanks for being such a great tour guide, for including such WOW places, and for sharing your love of your birth country with us."
--Diane and Scott, Suwanee, Georgia, USA

"Thank you for making each of us welcome and bringing a group of strangers together in such a way we all felt comfortable. I am unable to convey the gratitude and appreciation I have for your integrity, your professionalism, all your amazing stories, and being able to balance each day so well.  I hope to return and without any doubt we will be booking through you again...having the certainty that all things are taken care of is such a spoiling vacation! Thank you, thank you, thank you for the effort the both of you have invested in making this an amazing and life changing exploration!"
--Jill, University Place, Washington, USA
