"Inroads Ireland was the ideal tour for us. We thoroughly loved the chance to spend ample time visiting sites and the freedom to announce we wanted to pull over to simply take in the scenery or to take a break from sitting. "This was our 2nd tour in as many years with Inroads Ireland. I honestly didn't expect to enjoy the North as much as the South tour but I found the history of Belfast and Derry fascinating. I especially enjoyed the wall murals in Belfast which we saw on the black cab ride. Belfast was charming, modern, filled with great history and very friendly people. We loved the magnificent scenery of Donegal and the accommodations at each stop were top notch. Needless to say, we're awaiting Tour #3!"

As we watched gigantic tour buses straddle the tender little Irish roads and release huge swarms of eager tourists onto already overcrowded sites, I breathed a quiet sigh in the comfort of Inroad Irelands' humane sized vehicle and enjoyed even more the lesser known, fascinating places that Phil shared with us. And the whole time we were in Clonakilty I had to keep pinching myself that I was really there, staring up at Michael Collins' statue.
